Rockstar's Robe
Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a bard)
This robe is woven from fine silk threads dyed in vibrant colors that seem to shine and shimmer. Prized by bards, obtaining the robe is a true symbol of your Rockstar status. The robe is loud in more ways than one.
While wearing and attuned to this magical robe, you gain the following benefits:
You are proficient in the Performance skill if you are not already. If you are, you may double your proficiency bonus to any Performance checks involving music.
Once per day, as an action, you can activate a musical aura targeting yourself and up to 5 other creatures within 30 feet of you. Creatures targeted by the aura gain advantage on Performance checks involving music. Additionally, the voices and musical instruments used in the performance are magically amplified up to three times their normal volume. The aura lasts for 30 minutes or until you dismiss it as a free action.

This would also work pretty well as the pick of destiny.
TIL The bards in 5e don't only not get a performance proficiency automatically, they don't even need one mechanically. Wild.
